This course was a need for a long time. Prior to its creation, there had never been any formal lottery training for this company, despite having locations in multiple states where the lottery is legal.

In order to not have numerous courses and materials that would need to be updated yearly for each state and their specific lottery laws, I collaborated with managers from many different locations and the company’s audit team, as well as Subject Matter Experts for lottery laws and functions.

The end result was a course that would allow new employees to learn their role in lottery sales, but also point them to the relevant resources for their state, including SOPs that were created along with this course with state-specific information.
