Overview A sample from an instructional video created for a software training, built to drop learners into a realistic scenario where they'd actually use the software.

The Problem Software training easily becomes a dry, click-here-click-there walkthrough disconnected from real work. Learners retain and apply more when they see a tool in the context they'll use it in — so this needed to establish a believable, relatable scenario, not just demonstrate features.

Constraints & Context This was built as the team reintroduced video into courses, newly viable because learners now had access to sound in most locations — a shift that shaped the design, since audio could carry part of the experience. I produced all animation within Adobe Premiere Pro.

My Role & Process I created the video, setting up the scenario and building the animation to situate the software in a normal moment of a learner's day. Designing the motion entirely in Premiere Pro kept production efficient while still delivering polished, on-brand visuals.

The Solution A scenario-driven video that frames the software around a real use case, giving learners context for when and why they'd reach for it — not just how it works. This clip is a sample of the larger piece.
