This interaction was created for a course focused on how to hire the best candidates. The need for this course was increased as it was meant to launch prior to the busy season for the company when they would be hiring many people. This was the first course where my team wanted to try new things, and custom code blocks had just come out in Rise.

Using Claude, I vibe coded this interaction. It encouraged learners to use the Interview Guide that was also created in tandem with this project. With the interview guide in hand, the learner would rate fake candidates’ answers to specific questions in the guide, then make a decision based on the candidates scores. This example was modified to show how the custom code worked.
